Why is this case hard to open?

The buckle is made tight to prevent leakage or item loss during long time transportation, so it will be a little hard to open for the first time. But it will get easier to open after that.
Are the markers instant dry?

Yes. The markers dry instantly, so don't worry about smudging your pages when rubbing your arms on the paper.
How do I replace the lead of the compass？

You should twist the screw on the compass leg first and then you can loose the needle or lead to replace them.
Does the erasers work well?

Absolutely. Nicpro is an expert brand in office product like pencils and erasers. Our 4B erasers are made of high quality rubber, perfect for erasing pencil lines from both 4B lead as well as HB lead.
